Transilience

Transilience is focussed on transformation and the processes we facilitate are thus designed to produce real and sustainable change. Our core motivation is to contribute to positive transformation in people’s lives and in organisations. This is at the heart of our mission.

Coaching

 

Coaching is a powerful tool to help others achieve more than they would on their own. We follow the Results Coaching Systems methodology to help people find their own measure of greatness and give the fullest possible expression to that. Coaching, whether it be Executive coaching, Leadership coaching or Life coaching will facilitate both the achievement of goals that impact significantly on your context as well as personal transformation. 

 

Effective coaching is a self directed learning process that results in you being equipped to think and live differently without developing a dependancy on coaching. All the same, many clients choose to take on coaches for an additional coaching series simply because they understand the value of having a skilled coach walk alongside them.

Leadership and Team Development

 

We facilitate the Nine Conversations in Leadership, Purposeful Teams™ and The Heart of Leadership©, as accredited facilitators of Worldsview Consulting. The Nine Conversations in Leadership is a skilfully designed process that enables leaders at any level to engage with their peers in a manner that produces high impact results. As they grapple with the challenges of leadership they not only dialogue the best theories of leadership, but also implement behaviours of leadership that are crafted around their own context. This programme has received positive endorsement from the Director of Academic Programmes at The Gordon Institute of Business Science.

 

Purposeful Teams is a a quick and powerful intervention that awakens effective team performance and moves teams to purpose-led execution. This intervention anchors the team solidly within its organisational context and its organisational mandate. Purposeful Teams™ is applicable to natural task or project teams at every level of the organisation,

 

In The Heart of Leadership© process participants engage with global leadership wisdom in an intensive one-day workshop. Courageous leadership conversations create an accessible format that leads to personal insights into what you know, feel and do. The objective of The Heart of Leadership© workshop is to unlock opportunities for change and ignite your own leadership impact.

 

 

Developmental (Organisational) Diagnostics

 

Our skill set includes the use and application of the Human Synergistics International developmental diagnostics for Organisational Culture, Group Skills (teams), Leadership/Impact and the Life Styles Inventory. The are particulary useful when integrated with a culture change strategy
